Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange, or contact our customer support team with your order ID.

  Ensure the saree is unused, unwashed, and includes all original tags and the silk mark certificate; our team will verify the request based on these quality standards.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the product in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit and await the scheduled pickup from our authorized logistics partner.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchanged saree within 5-7 business days.
